Our mission is to help grow the technical skills and adaptive capacities individuals need in order to attain a greater sense of confidence, clarity, and focus in their work and life. Through consulting, individual and group coaching, and team training we support our clients to master critical leadership skills in combination with adaptive mindset and behavior changes. Working as a business partner to our clients we provide an assessment of their current situation, and then help them to clarify strategies in order to achieve their goals and objectives. Jennifer is a certified professional coach and business consultant with over 25 years experience in corporate, non-profit, and entrepreneurial ventures, the Manager of BeWell Network. She has assembled a collective of highly qualified coaching and consulting professionals with complementary skills to provide a suite of leadership and organizational development services designed to create more effective, engaged, and inspired individuals and workplaces.
Jennifer works with business owners, executives, and managers helping them to develop the skills needed to be exceptional leaders. She specializes in coaching and training on leadership competencies, emotional intelligence, and how to overcome obstacles that are getting in the way of achieving personal and professional goals. Inspired by the adaptive nature of human beings to overcome adversity, combined with her ongoing education in adult development, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness practices Jennifer is dedicated to bringing her clients’ cutting-edge training and coaching techniques.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of San Francisco, a post-graduate certification in Transformational Leadership Development from MetaIntegral Academy, a Human Resource Management certificate from Sonoma State University, is an MHS EQ.i 2.0 and EQ.i 360 certified practitioner, and a certification in mindfulness training from Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley. Kennedy University, a BA, English, and Psychology, University of Oregon, is a Master Certified Coach, International Coaching Federation, and Certified in multiple assessment instruments and training programs.
Diane is the creator of the SkillKit for Leaders (SKL) based on the Harvard Leadership competency model. Dena Lash was the manager of Sonoma County Job Link for 16 years. Job Link is a One-Stop Career Center serving employers and job seekers within the Human Services Department of Sonoma County.
Dena was adjunct faculty at the University of San Francisco where she taught Training and Development. She developed and delivered trainings to the Permit & Resource Management Department of Sonoma County in the areas of performance feedback and team development.
She provides consulting in career development, competency identification and behavioral interviewing, and non-profit management. She specializes in working with supervisors and managers and employees to improve communication skills, develop Emotional Intelligence and resilience.

Susan is a leadership and executive coach, facilitator, and consultant. She brings over 20 years of experience in business and technology. She has coached leaders at the C-suite and director level across the globe. Susan has extensive experience working with high tech, financial institutions, healthcare, professional services and non-profits. She also brings a comprehensive background in labor relations working with the California Teachers Association. She has an impressive track record coaching executives, millennials, and emerging leaders to develop their leadership identity and presence.
As an experienced somatic coach, and an accomplished endurance athlete. Susan is certified through the Hudson Institute and the Strozzi Institute. She is credentialed through the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach Credential (PCC). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
